Iris mangga bentuk dadu 1 cm. Cuci ketimun, potong bundar-bundar. Apel potong dadu 1 cm, cuci dengan air garam. Masukkan udang, aduk hingga udang berubah warna. Saring dan tekan-tekan dengan saringan kawat. Atau jika dihaluskan dengan food processor/ blender, angkat dulu bawang bombai dan cengkih. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Setelah halus, pindahkan sup ke dalam panci. Jerangkan di atas api. Tambahkan soda kue dan cicipi rasanya. Tambahkan gula pasir dan garam bila perlu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Menggunakan garpu, aduk tepung terigu dengan mentega/ margarin hingga terbentuk pasta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Masukkan ke dalam sup tomat, aduk sampai agak mengental. Masukkan kacang polong, wortel atau bola-bola daging/ sosis jika suka. Biarkan setengah terbuka jika belum disajikan. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Sebelum disajikan. Panaskan sup di atas api kecil sampai hampir mendidih. Matikan api dan masukkan krim atau susu evaporasi, aduk. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;Tomat: rahasia sup tomat yang enak, pilih tomat yang benar-benar matang. Jika tomat tidak sedang musim, pakai 3 kaleng tomat (whole stewed tomatoes) sebagai ganti tomat segar.
